HOW DO PRP HAIR TREATMENTS WORK?

First off, a small sample of blood is drawn. This blood is then processed in our lab by spinning it in a centrifuge where the PRP is separated and then removed from the blood for use in the PRP treatment. No worries as this blood draw is similar to what you would experience at your doctor’s office. Every step of the way from the blood draw, to the lab processing, and eventually the administering of the PRP treatment are done using highly sterile systems and methods.
Once the PRP is processed and ready for the application, you will be given a local anesthetic. The PRP is then injected into the scalp where it can begin the rejuvenation process. The growth hormones (growth factors) in the injected areas will stimulate hair follicle growth.
Treatments should be preformed every three or four months in order to keep hair growth active.
